One of the big stories of the summer, Tottenham’s pursuit of Dusan Vlahovic didn’t end the way Spurs wanted it too.
Admittedly, they did manage to keep hold of Harry Kane for the current season, but the Manchester City rumours are bound to rear their ugly head again next year, meaning Fabio Paratici will likely have to plan for an exit once again.
For Calciomercato.it, his wishlist will remain the same, as the website explain that both Tottenham and Atlético Madrid, the two sides who were really after the Serbian in the summer, will ‘certainly return’ for the player next year.
In the meantime, there’s a chance Vlahovic will renew his contract at Fiorentina, but it remains to be seen if a release clause will be attached to it.
Either way, the belief is the Serie A side value him at ‘no less than €70-80m’, which is in line with what their demands were this year.
For Tottenham, that would be affordable following a big Kane sale, but first, that needs to happen.
