Torino defender Gleison Breme hopes to ‘shape a contract’ with his potential new club as soon as he returns from his holidays, with Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan still in the mix.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who say the Brazilian remains in his homeland and is not discussing a transfer at this moment in time.
Bremer established himself as one of the best players in Serie A last season and has subsequently been linked with a move away from Torino this summer as a result.
Tottenham are one of the clubs believed to be keen, with Antonio Conte rebuilding his side after securing Champions League football last season.
Bremer is among his targets to reinforce Spurs’ backline, although several reports have hinted they were being overtaken by the likes of Juventus and Inter Milan.
It seems that is not the case, though, with CM reporting that Bremer is currently on holiday in Brazil and will remain there for at least another 10 days.
Upon his return, he hopes to ‘shape a contract’ with his new club ‘as soon as possible’ and Inter Milan and Tottenham ‘in particular’ like him.
It seems this transfer has some time to run, then, but Tottenham remain in the picture nonetheless, with Bremer keen to open negotiations when his holidays are over.
