Tottenham youngster Ryan Sessegnon is set to head to the Bundesliga, with a loan move to Hoffenheim set to be finalised ‘in the coming hours’.
That’s according to RMC Sport journalist Loïc Tanzi, who says the Spurs youngster is ‘set to leave’ the Premier League this summer.
Sessegnon has found himself increasingly out of the picture at Tottenham since Jose Mourinho’s arrival last year, and that has seen him linked with a move away this summer, albeit on a temporary basis.
Yesterday we covered a report from BILD that stated both RB Leipzig and Hertha Berlin were keen on his signature, with the former potentially using the money from sending Ademola Lookman to Fulham to get him.
This has been somewhat backed up by Sky Germany, relayed by Fussball Transfers, who confirmed the German interest in Sessegnon but stated that it was Hertha Berlin and Hoffenheim interested in him.
However, it seems that it is the latter who have won the race for his signature if Tanzi is to be believed.

He says a loan deal from Tottenham will be secured in the coming hours, although he offers no information on the structure.
It’s probably safe to assume it won’t include a purchase option, though, with BILD stating yesterday that Tottenham were very reluctant at including it should they let him leave.
