Tottenham Hotspur are one of the options for Stefan de Vrij this summer, as Inter Milan look towards a possible future without the Dutchman.

His contract with the Serie A side runs until June 2023, and given he joined them from Lazio as a free agent, in a move seen as controversial at the time, there’s always the chance he could be planning the same type of scenario.

Therefore, TMW report Inter could let him go for €20m, which would help them avoid that possibility happening. Tottenham are said to be one of the clubs keen on the defender, he would certainly provide an experienced option for Antonio Conte, and is someone the Italian manager has worked with before.

Should Inter sell De Vrij then it’s stated they’re looking towards Torino’s Gleison Bremer as a replacement. However, Torino want more than €30m, and Inter would like to include players to take the value of a deal to that level.

Tottenham have also been linked with Bremer on repeat occasions, and given how high the player’s rating has been in Italy this season, they may feel he represents the better value deal. The 25-year-old Brazilian would have the experience Conte wants, but also the potential to rise in value in the coming years.
