Even though Juventus are said to be strong in the race for Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik, the Old Lady will have to work hard to land the 26-year-old.

Turin newspaper Tuttosport has today another story about this pursuit, claiming there’s a heavy competition for the Polish star.

Tottenham Hotspur are named as one of the clubs who’ve ‘knocked on Napoli’s door’, as they try to get Milik as well.

It’s said Spurs have put money and players on the table, and that’s what Juventus will try to do so they can fight for the signing.

Juventus’ advantage would be that they’re Milik’s number one option. But to be frank, that’s something you’d expect to hear coming from Tuttosport.

Napoli are said to be demanding between €40m and €50m, and both Tottenham and Juve plan to get a discount by adding players in their respective offers, but the names of those deemed expendable enough to be part of the deal haven’t been published.

Since Milik’s contract with Napoli expires next year, his transfer to a new club is getting pretty likely for this summer unless he agrees to extend, which is the Serie A club’s main wish.
