Tottenham are likely to announce the signing of AZ Alkmaar star Vincent Janssen today, reports De Telegraaf in the Netherlands.
The newspaper edition of De Telegraaf claims Janssen has signed a contract till 2021, whilst their website says he has signed a contract till 2020 with an option extend it for two years.
The 22-year-old is expected to earn around €10m-€15m should he stay at the club until 2021, and that depends on the number of games he plays. Tottenham have heavily weighted the player’s wages on appearances bonuses.
The club have agreed to pay around €22m for the services of the Dutch international, and all contracts are signed and medical completed.
De Telegraaf say Tottenham are likely to release an interview with the player today, and present him in ‘every way in their new shirt’.
The player was in impressive form last season scoring 31 goals in all competitions, and was also linked to Paris-Saint Germain and West Ham.
