If there’s a name Tottenham will be looking to add to their squad in the summer, it’s Bordeaux’s Malcom.

Already attempting to sign the Brazilian forward back in January, Mauricio Pochettino is ready to come back for more at the end of the season, according to RMC Sport.

In fact, Spurs are, alongside Bayern Munich, favourites to sign the 21-year-old, but it’ll come at a price.

The French outlet explain Bordeaux will want a minimum of €50-55m for their star, having promised their new manager, Gus Poyet, they would keep Malcom until the end of the current campaign.

Tottenham are also reported to have approached the player’s entourage over the past few weeks, as Pochettino really likes Malcom and is convinced he has what it takes to make it in the Premier League.

The Argentinian manager is said to have called Malcom personally over that time too in order to discuss a potential transfer in the summer.

A man on a mission.
