Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are among the clubs chasing Manchester United star Marcus Rashford in the winter market.
That’s at least what TuttoMercatoWeb are reporting, and they cover Tottenham and West Ham when discussing the latest about other clubs.
The forward last featured for Manchester United on December 12th and Ruben Amorim has left him of his plans at Old Trafford since then.
Tottenham and West Ham like the 27-year-old but the two London clubs are behind other interested parties.
Rashford’s brother, Dwaine Maynard, who is also his agent, has gathered offers from AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund. The report adds all proposals are loans, probably with buying options, and the representative will soon present them to his client.
It’s claimed the Manchester United man will make a decision on his next move this week, after evaluating offers. Milan are confident of securing his services and are expected to have a summit with Maynard by Thursday.
Gazzetta dello Sport also state Tottenham like the Manchester United attacker but they make no of West Ham.
It feels like agent/intermediaries are trying to use Spurs and the Hammers to try and put pressure on genuine suitors. Even if they are keen, Manchester United may be unlikely to let Rashford join Tottenham or West Ham on loan.
TMW state Rashford’s ‘fate will be decided’ this week and it could be far away from the two London clubs.
