Valencia are ‘pushing’ to sign Tanguy Ndombele from Tottenham and have ‘already agreed’ a deal to take him to Spain.
That’s according to journalist Julien Maynard, who says the two clubs have agreed on a six-month loan deal for the Frenchman.
Ndombele finds himself out of favour at Tottenham under Antonio Conte, who has only handed him 287 minutes of action since arriving to replace Nuno Espirito Santo.
The Italian is seemingly not keen on the midfielder, a sentiment that is shared by the fanbase, who recently booed the Frenchman off the pitch after a subpar performance.
That led to reports of a potential exit this month, and it now seems Valencia have made a move to make it happen.
Unfortunately for them, though, they still need to convince Ndombele, who ‘favours PSG’ and is ‘giving himself time to think’ regarding a transfer.
That suggests he hasn’t completely ruled out a move to Spain at this point, but he’s going to make Valencia wait before agreeing to the move.
Le FC Valence pousse pour Tanguy Ndombélé ! Le club espagnol est déjà d’accord avec Tottenham (prêt de 6 mois). Le joueur privilégie toujours le PSG et se laisse un temps de réflexion. #Mercato
