After big investment last summer, the European media don’t expect Chelsea to stop, and there’s a belief they could spend again to secure an impressive signing like Haaland.
Whether it’s genuinely Tuchel’s priority, after Timo Werner was signed last summer, remains to be seen.Even if Haaland is the top target, it will be a very difficult transfer race for Chelsea to win.
