Fanatik claim Galatasaray are making a last-ditch chance to sign Tottenham Hotspur forward Vincent Janssen before today’s deadline.
With reports emerging Lukas Podolski’s move to Japanese side Vissel Kobe is near to completion, the Galatasaray board want to sign a forward, and the Tottenham star is their No.1 target.
Fanatik says the plan is to take Janssen from Tottenhamon loan, and that Cim-Bom officials are currently in England to conclude the deal.
It’s also been revealed the Turkish giants are also considering Leicester City forward Leo Ulloa, despite the Premier League champions saying he’s not for sale.
Fanatik claim Gala’s first choice is Janssen, but if Tottenham aren’t prepared to loan out the Dutchman, then Leicester City’s Ulloa will become their priority.
Galatasaray have offered loan deals for both players, and they have also informed Tottenham and Leicester City that they can cover part of the players’ wages.
Tottenham are likely to be just as reluctant as Leicester City, but at least with Ulloa the player would be keen.
