According to a claim in the Turkish media, talks are ongoing between Fenerbahce and Everton with regards to Yannick Bolasie heading to Istanbul this summer.

It’s been well documented in the Turkish press that Fenerbahce manager Phillip Cocu is looking to add a winger to his squad this window, and the Yellow Canaries have identified the Everton attacker as a prime target.

Fanatik say Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli is currently in England for talks over the player and he’s hoping he can convince Everton over a loan move.

We recently covered claims from Turkey that Fenerbahce have upped their offer to €3m for a season-long loan deal for Bolasie, and the Turkish club are hopeful an agreement can be reached.

Bolasie made his return to Everton side on Boxing Day, after a knee injury kept him off the pitch for almost a year. The 29-year old is contracted at Everton until June 2021.
