According to a claim in the Turkish media, Swansea City will look to sell Andre Ayew this summer and subsequently will not loan him back to Fenerbahce.

The Ghana international is currently on loan with the Super Lig club for the season but he’s failed to make a real impact in his time in Istanbul.

Fotomac have reported on the future of Ayew and they say Swansea City have told Fenerbahce their intentions with the attacker. It’s claimed the Championship side will evaluate offers for the player, with Chinese and Middle Eastern clubs showing an active interest.

However, it seems unlikely the Turkish side would want to keep hold of Ayew after his performances in this campaign. The Yellow Canaries are experiencing one of the worst seasons in their history and fans have been left disappointed with the Swansea City loanee.

Ayew is contracted to the Swans until June 2021 but with the prospect of another season in the second tier it looks likely he’s played his last game for the club.
