After leaving Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain for a world-record fee in 2017, Neymar is being linked with a return to Camp Nou.

According to the story starting on the front page of Mundo Deportivo, the forward keeps offering his services to his former club and re-signing him is ‘not impossible’.

The Brazil international is unhappy with his life at Parc des Princes but the thought of his return was not initially well received by the Blaugrana due to the manner in which he left and various other factors.

However, the perception has now changed and a potential return is still a possibility, provided certain conditions are met, and it’s not impossible to once again secure his services, at least in the eyes of the Spanish champions.

The former Santos star made a switch to Paris to improve his chances of winning the individual awards, something which he has failed to do and now lives in the shadow of Kylian Mbappe.

Barcelona will only try to make an approach if the technical leaders and coaches request for his transfer. His environment continues asking what the player should do to push for a transfer and the report mentions the process is not easy.

The European giants want the 26-year-old to publicly admit that he made a mistake leaving the club and also to put pressure on PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi to force his exit.

Mundo believes players who decide to join PSG agree to live in prison, but they believe if there is anyone who can break out, then it is Neymar.

Any deal to bring the former player back to Barcelona will be complex due to several reasons, which include negotiating with the French club’s chief and beating the competition from Real Madrid.
