West Ham United showed keen interest in signing Nikola Milenković in the last transfer window, but were unable to take him away from Fiorentina.

The defender signed a one-year extension in August and his current deal now runs down in 2023.

According to, the 24-year-old is one of the key figures under Vincenzo Italiano this season and his performances so far have shown ‘that he can aspire to higher levels’.
