The Italian media obviously made a lot of noise back in January, when Inter Milan signed Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur in a €27m deal.
The Danish midfielder had a good start at the Serie A side, but was soon seeing ups and downs, making the Nerazurri wait for something better once he had a full season with the club.
However, things haven’t changed a lot since the summer, and his departure from the Serie A giants is already being considered, according to Calcio Mercato today.
The outlet writes that Eriksen hasn’t had a good adaptation so far, and was never able to show the same potential as he did for Tottenham and Denmark.
It’s said manager Antonio Conte should tell Beppe Marotta, ‘in case he hasn’t already’, that Eriksen must be sold by Inter Milan when the window opens in January, less than a year after he was signed from Tottenham.
The Italian boss hasn’t used the midfielder in his starting team recently, and that the 28-year-old isn’t showing confidence or determination has been taking away any chances of convincing the coach.
