Manchester United official will be in attendance at La Bombonera when Boca Juniors host Talleres this weekend.

That’s according to ESPN journalist Augusto Cesar, and he provided this information to Equipo F, relayed by Planeta Boca Juniors.

Cesar says Manchester United are one of the two Premier League sides that will have representatives in Argentina on Sunday, but hasn’t mentioned the details of the player[s] they are planning to watch.

“Tomorrow there will be emissaries from two Premier League teams. They confirmed to me that one is Manchester United and the other I think is Newcastle,” he said.

Manchester United have been regularly credited with interest in Boca Juniors centre-back Aaron Anselmino. Earlier this week, Planeta Boca Juniors reported the Red Devils are willing to do anything to sign him in the summer window.

The 19-year-old has been sidelined with an injury and Planeta Boca Juniors’ latest report says he won’t be available to face Talleres.

The outlet suspects the Premier League side have sent their official to South America to have a chat with Anselmino and his agent over a potential deal. If not, they have decided to look at another player.
