Torino striker Andrea Belotti has been ‘proposed’ to Manchester United, but they are yet to show interest in the forward.

Belotti, who has 15 goals for 15th placed Torino this season, has been heavily linked with a move away from the club this summer.

Everton are one of those to have been linked the most, with it believed that Carlo Ancelotti considers him as a player who can push the club forward.

That has since been dismissed but CalcioMercato.it report he has been offered to another Premier League club, Manchester United.

According to the website, the striker has been proposed by ‘intermediaries’ to United, who are on the hunt for young reinforcements for their attack this summer.

However, so far, it has been difficult to get ‘positive feedback’ on Belotti from Manchester United, suggesting they are not interested in making a move at this moment in time.

Whether that changes remains to be seen, and if it does, they will be pleased to know that Torino president Cairo Torino does not consider the striker ‘untransferable’.

That means United could have an easy to obtain option if they can’t get their primary targets this summer, although, at this point, it seems Belotti may have work to do to even get on their list.
