Takvim claim Stoke City are a showing interest in Fenerbahce midfielder Josef de Souza.
The Brazilian has continually been linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion in recent months, after the Baggies made an offer for the player in the last window.
According to Takvim, Stoke City have offered €10m to sign Souza, which seems to be less then their valuation of the player.
Takvim say Fenerbahce manager Aykut Kocaman doesn’t want to lose any key players midway through the season, and Stoke City’s offer isn’t seen as sufficient.
Fenerbahce are likely to reject approaches for Souza, but the situation could change if Stoke City increase their offer.
During the last transfer window West Brom were on the verge of signing Souza, but the Premier League side pulled out of the deal at the last minute.
In recent weeks reports have resurfaced West Brom are still interested in the Fenerbahce player, and that current manager Alan Pardew would give the green light to the transfer.
