PSV certainly aren’t pulling the shutters down and refusing all transfer interest between now and when the window closes.
The Dutch club are aware that several of their players are interesting others, and sales are certainly possible over the next few days.
Dutch newspaper Brabants Dagblad reports Jeroen Zoet remains one of the players with doubt over his future, and Crystal Palace are mentioned as the possible destination.
Interestingly, most of the links between Crystal Palace and Zoet over the past couple of weeks have come from the Portuguese media, who have been looking at it from a Benfica viewpoint, with Palace as competition.
Benfica have other options they’d prefer, and the club weren’t up for a financial tussle with Crystal Palace anyway.Phillip Cocu has been quoted by Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf explaining that whilst it’s quite possible players will leave, it’s equally possible others will arrive.
Crystal Palace interest doesn’t seem too concrete right now, but there’s clearly still some apprehension in the Netherlands that Frank de Boer could come in at the last minute.
