Sporting Lisbon winger Gelson Martins has been in good form this season, and that’s led to inevitable transfer rumours.

The 21-year-old has 2 goals and 6 assists to his name in 9 appearances, and was particularly impressive in the Champions League match against Real Madrid, which really sent everything into the stratosphere..

Gelson’s performances have caught the eye of several clubs in Europe, including Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester United, reports Spanish newspaper AS.

Now, it’s reported Gelson is Barcelona’s primary target for next season, whilst Jose Mourinho is also a fan and it’s claimed he’s driving Manchester United interest in a transfer.

Gelson could also make his debut for the Portugal national team during the current, after he was called up for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and the Faroe Islands.

Gelson has a contract until 2021 at Sporting, and a release clause of €60m.
