Nottingham Forest have been mentioned as a potential candidate to land Juventus’ Douglas Luiz.

The midfielder has played nine times in the Serie A and his struggle for game time and inability to adapt to a new environment has brought about considerations of an exit this month.

Corriere Torino have looked at the Brazilian’s situation and they believe that Nottingham Forest are indeed a credible suitor for the player.

As of now, Juventus want significant offers to sell 26-year-old Douglas Luiz and there is also interest from Aston Villa, Manchester City and Manchester United. There is a feeling ‘something is moving’ in the scenario and an exit can’t be ruled out despite earlier denials one would happen.

The Old Lady want some funds to operate in January and the midfielder’s exit can give them some leverage to sign new players.

Due to injuries and suspensions, the ex-Aston Villa man can feature in the upcoming derby game against Torino, however, that will not exclude an exit and Nottingham Forest have a clear chance.
