Italian outlet Firenze Viola today features a story on the players who Fiorentina have on loan this season and could sign permanently on the summer.
Those issues shall all be solved in June, and one of them is the purchase of Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.
The 26-year-old has been doing pretty well at the Serie A side this season, with club and fans both satisfied with his spell, and that’s why the report claims this situation will be the ‘simplest to solve’.
Torreira joined Fiorentina last summer, and unlike his spell at Atletico Madrid, where he wasn’t able to convince, he ended up becoming a very important at La Viola, with 29 appearances made for them so far.
Now it’s said he has a ‘firm desire’ to complete the move.
By buying him now, the Italian side guarantee his departure from Arsenal one year before the end of this contract with the Gunners.
