Hurriyet today claim West Ham United have accepted a €5m bid from Galatasaray for Sofiane Feghouli.

It’s been reported the Algeria international is also close to agreeing personal terms with Galatasaray, but his signing on fee when he joined West Ham is holding up his move to Turkey.

According to Hurriyet West Ham United agreed a €4.5m signing on fee with the player when he joined the Premier League side last summer. At the time it was agreed he would receive this over three seasons, and the Hammers have already given Feghouli his first €1.5m payment.

However, the winger is now demanding the remaining €3m before he leaves West Ham, which has stalled his move to Galatasaray. Feghouli thinks West Ham owe him the signing on fee, but the London club will not back down to his demands.

The 27-year old’s agent has asked Galatasaray if they would pay this, but the Turkish club have refused because they are already prepared to pay €5m to land the player.

Hürriyet say if Galatasaray manage to resolve this, then Feghouli will join the Turkish giants this summer.

Feghouli joined West Ham from Valencia on a free transfer, and scored 4 goals in 27 appearances during his debut season in England.
