Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey is signing his loan deal with Rangers at this very moment to finalise a loan move to Ibrox.
That’s according to journalist Raffaele Amato, who says the ‘signature is taking place’ to send Ramsey to Ibrox for the remainder of the season.
Juventus have been keen to offload the midfielder for the entirety of this month as they are desperate to get his wages off the books so they can fund their own incomings.
A return to the Premier League had looked likely, but Rangers have emerged as the favourites in the last few hours, with Giovani van Bronckhorst eyeing a replacement for the injured Ianis Hagi.
Reports from Italy have indicated that Ramsey had given his okay to the move to Scotland, and a deal was being worked on between Rangers and Juventus.
They have reportedly agreed on a loan deal until the end of the season, which also includes an option for Rangers to make it permanent should they wish to.
The latest report indicated that Ramsey’s agent was in Glasgow to finalise the move, and now Amato reports Ramsey is signing the contract to take him to Ibrox, so expect this one to be announced sooner rather than later.
