AS Roma, Inter Milan and AC Milan are all showing an interest in Sassuolo midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini, according to claims in the Italian media.
Only yesterday we covered reports from Italy that Leicester City were tracking the 20-year-old after they sent scouts to watch him last weekend.
TMW have today reported Roma could look to tempt Pellegrini back to the Italian capital after they sold the youngster to Sassuolo last year. Since joining the Serie A side Pellegrini has made significant progress, and is an option for Roma to bring in during the next window.
However, along with the reported interest from Leicester City, Roma will face competition from the two Milan clubs, who could make contact with Sassuolo very soon.
Yesterday it was claimed Leicester City travelled to Italy last weekend to watch the game between Fiorentina and Sassuolo. It’s been reported the Premier League champions were getting a lowdown on Fiorentina playmaker Josip Ilicic, and Pellegrini.
However, other Italian media outlets claim Leicester City had their eye on Sassuolo attacker Grégoire Defrel, and it seems nobody knows who they were watching in Florence.
