After selling Brazilian playmaker Guilano to Al Nassr, A Spor say Fenerbahce are back in the transfer market.

One of the priorities for Turkish club in the remaining days is to sign a central defender and it’s claimed they are interested in Ahmed Hegazy from West Bromwich Albion.

The Egyptian defender currently tops Fenerbahce’s short list and the Turkish club have also been keeping tabs on Stoke City defender Bruno Martins Indi.

Hegazy impressed last season with West Brom despite their relegation to the Championship, but he could still leave the club before the transfer deadline, with some European windows still open

A Spor report Fenerbahce are looking to loan the player for the season.

Hegazy’s club teammate Nacer Chadli has also been linked with a move to the Super Lig this summer with Besiktas interested in signing the attacker.

The Istanbul club are reportedly looking to tie up a deal before next week’s deadline in Turkey.
