The Colombian press continues to report Rangers’ resistance to selling Alfredo Morelos in the January transfer window.

Back on Christmas Day, it was the local version of Marca who reported the club’s denial to a bid of €13m for the striker.

It’s claimed that English and French sides have been after Morelos, and the bid, which was made ‘in the past few days’, wasn’t enough to convince Rangers.

Now it’s time for another local outlet to share the news. El Universal also comes up with the information of a €13m bid rejected.

The outlet claims that the ‘main interested sides’ come from the Premier League. And although Rangers would only sell Morelos for a very big amount, these numbers have been mentioned in negotiations lately.

El Universal writes that Scotland is ‘too little’ for Morelos to continue his growth, and that’s why there are several foreign sides who are looking to sign him.
