On Monday, we carried a report from Marca who claimed Chelsea star Eden Hazard’s father and agent, Thierry Henry, has offered his son to Real Madrid.

The Spanish capital club have identified Brazil international Neymar as a priority summer transfer target. If Paris Saint-Germain decides against sanctioning the former Barcelona star’s sale, then Hazard is identified as a back-up.

Today’s edition of Sport has relayed the same information mentioned by Marca on June 25th. Hazard is one of the ‘major objectives’ for the Champions League winners this summer.

However, they will make an approach for the Blues forward only after admitting that a move for Neymar is ‘deemed impossible’. Hazard has two years left on his contract at Stamford Bridge.

If Real Madrid want to sign Hazard, then they have to allow Gareth Bale leave the club, believe Sport, provided Cristiano Ronaldo continues with his current employers. The funds raised from the sale of former Tottenham Hotspur star will be used to sign Hazard.

Meanwhile, the Belgium international has put a condition to extend his current deal with Chelsea, according to the claims. He wants the FA Cup winners to be able to compete for the title, which will also help them return to the Champions League.

Chelsea would have offered him a salary of €18m per season.
