Brighton & Hove Albion youngster Noël Atom has hinted he would like to find a new club in the summer window.

The 20-year-old has been speaking to Transfermarkt, expressing his unhappiness over his limited role this season.

Atom arrived at Brighton in August 2023 and was initially part of their U21 side. Towards the end of his first season, Roberto De Zerbi included him in the squad in the Seagulls’ 2-1 league defeat to Chelsea in May 2024.

The German was an unused substitute and that was his only involvement with Brighton’s senior team. He struggled with an injury this season and that forced to spend close to 300 days on the sidelines

Despite the disappointing season, the young defender insists he has developed from his time with the Premier League club.

“Unfortunately, my second season didn’t go as I would’ve liked due to my muscle injury. However, I will still remember my time in Brighton with positive memories because I was able to develop both athletically and personally,” he said.

According to the report, his contract with Brighton lasts until 2026, but he’s ‘about to leave’ the Seagulls in the upcoming window.

Atom, despite the injury concern, has managed to catch attention from Germany, the Netherlands and France as clubs from these countries have already expressed interest.

Brighton’s stance isn’t mentioned in the report.
