It’s no secret Aaron Ramsey lives an uncertain situation at Juventus. With one year left on his contract, he returned from a loan at Rangers and now waits for a new solution for his future.

Often linked with a return to English football, the midfielder was recently said to be wanted by Watford, however, as website Il Bianconero cover about the situation, they quickly dismiss the story.

The outlet claims to have learned that the rumours are ‘not confirmed’ by Watford, who ‘do not have Ramsey on their wish list’ for this transfer window.

Il Bianconero explain that Ramsey should leave Juventus this summer, regardless of where his new club will be. The Old Lady are said to be ‘aiming’ to terminate his contract by mutual consent and give him severance pay, which is currently being negotiated.

So despite the chance Watford and other Championship sides could have to get him for free, the rumours of a move to Vicarage Road are not backed up for now. After Ramsey’s agents agree a termination deal, his future should then become clearer.
