It’s a day of two-way medicals for Manchester United as Mason Greenwood flies out to complete a move to Marseille with Leny Yoro flies in to complete his own checks.

That’s according to Foot Mercato journalists Sébastien Denis and Santi Aouna, who both cover the day of medicals for Manchester United today.

Denis kicks things off by report that Mason Greenwood’s move to Olympique de Marseille is almost complete after he reached an agreement with the French club’s management.

The final details are now being worked on but shouldn’t be an obstacle as both parties are on the same wavelength and everything has been concluded contractually.

Greenwood is expected to arrive in the south of France in the coming hours before being presented and starting pre-season under Roberto de Zerbi. Manchester United are set to pocket around €30m for him and will have a ‘significant’ resale clause too.

While he departs, Yoro will be heading the other way from France to Manchester to complete a medical ahead of his arrival at Old Trafford.

Aouna reports that the defender, his family and his agent all flew to Manchester this morning as he closes his move from Lille.

Manchester United have offered an approximate salary of €9m per year including bonuses and they are now confident of getting the deal for him done.

Indeed, they want to get matters finalised as quickly as possible so the player can join Erik ten Hag’s squad for pre-season in the United States and be a part of the group from day one.
