TSG Hoffenheim’s Marius Bülter has ended up on Leicester City’s transfer agenda for the winter market, according to a report from Germany.
Bülter has mainly operated as a striker and at times as a left winger this season, scoring five goals and registering two assists from 19 matches.
His performances and versatility would have not gone unnoticed by Leicester.
That’s according to Sky Deutschland, and they cover the Foxes’ interest and the 31-year-old’s future plans.
The German has already received multiple transfer approaches in the ongoing window and the report only mentions Leicester and FC Augsburg. Sky haven’t made it clear whether Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side contacted his camp, the Bundesliga club or both.
It won’t matter because the versatile attacker has made a decision to stay at Hoffenheim. Therefore, the report states he has ‘rejected all offers’.
It’s worth noting Sky claim the Premier League club have made an approach and add that Bülter has turned down offers. It’s quite possible Leicester are one of those to have made a proposal to sign him on deadline day.
Leicester have to look elsewhere if they wish to bring a new attacker on deadline day.
