Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has been attracting interest from the top clubs across Europe in the summer transfer window.
According to the French newspaper Le Parisien, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are all interested in signing the Blues star. The Ligue 1 outfit have lost Thiago Motta and have identified Kante as an ideal player to replace Motta at the Parc des Princes.
Any approach from PSG to sign the former Leicester City man will see them face competition from the two Spanish giants. Barcelona have already invited a Kante family member to the Camp Nou as they remain hopeful of seducing the midfielder to join them.
The Catalan club want to strengthen their midfield after the departure of Andrés Iniesta. However, Barcelona have not said their final word on whether to sign Kante this summer.
Despite the interest from the La Liga winners and PSG in signing the France international, the report claims Real Madrid are in “pole position” to secure Kante’s signature.
The Champions League winners want to make Kante the “new Makélélé” and the midfielder is ‘tempted” to join Real Madrid this summer.
