Star claim Fenerbahce are still interested in signing Reading striker George Puscas and that the Championship side could consider parting ways with him.

Fenerbahce have been linked with a move for the Romanian international over the past few months, and Star say he could move to the Turkish side in the near future.

Despite Reading manager’s Mark Bowen’s intention to keep him, the Turkish newspaper report the Championship side could consider a sale, with claims they are prepared to consider offers in the region of €10m for the 23 year old.

However, it’s reported Fener are only looking to sign him on a temporary basis, but they may be open to putting a redemption clause in a loan agreement

The former Inter player spent last season on loan at Palermo and he moved to Reading for €8m during the last transfer window, so €10m doesn’t seem like a high enough offer to part ways now… even if Fener had the money.

Puscas has made 17 appearances for Reading this season, scoring four goals. His contract with the Championship club will expire at the end of June 2024.
