Queens Park Rangers are reportedly one of the clubs chasing Nordine Kandil.

According to L’Equipe, the Strasbourg midfielder has been drawing some attention following his loan spell at FC Annecy.

The French outlet reveals that Kandil ‘appeals’ to QPR, as well as to Clermont, who are ‘considering making an offer’ for him.

For now, there’s no information on how much Strabourg are demanding for his sale, or even how much the interested sides would like to pay.

The fact is that his contract with his club expires in one season, and since he had not been in their plans, a summer move becomes even more likely.

Kandil is a product of the Strasbourg academy, and is currently valued by Transfermarkt at €800k.

Featuring for second-division side Annecy this season, he had four goals and eight assists in 38 appearances.

Clermont have just been relegated to the second tier, so just as QPR, they can’t offer him top flight football. Now it’s up to the interested clubs to place their bids on the table and see who’ll have the most convincing arguments.
