Queens Park Rangers target Saman Ghoddos has told the Swedish media he dreams of playing aboard, but would prefer a move to Germany or Spain.
The Championship side were linked with the OFK forward in the last window, after they tabled a bid for the player.
Speaking to DN.se, Ghoddos was asked about his future following speculation he could move to a foreign club: “It’s a dream. I’m doing everything possible to make this happen. I’ve always wanted to play in Germany, and I hope to get something there, but Spain’s La Liga is my dream.”
During the last window we covered reports from Sweden that QPR had tabled an offer of £1.9m for Ghoddos, which was rejected by OFK.
At the time QPR were given encouragement by OFK, after they said they would consider selling the forward if the offer was good for the player and club.
However, it seems the Swede has somewhat lofty ambitions, and QPR convincing the attacker to play in the English second tier could prove difficult in the next window.
