Aksam report Fenerbahce president Ali Koc is confident of signing Cenk Tosun on a loan deal from Everton.

It’s reported the Fenerbahce chief will personally get involved in the pursuit of the Turkish striker, who’s recently been spending most of his time on the bench at Everton.

With Marco Silva preferring Dominic Calvert Lewin over Tosun, the Turkey international could leave the Merseyside club at the end of the season.

According to Aksam, Ali Koc and Everton chairman Bill Kenwright are close friends and the Turkish club’s president wants to use their relationship to lure Tosun from Everton.

It’s reported that due to FFP, Fenerbahce will only look to loan the 27-year old and the Turkish club will make their move at the end of the season.

Tosun has only managed to score three goals for Everton this season and has also been linked with a summer move to his former club Besiktas.

Earlier today we covered reports from Turkey that Besiktas are looking to make an offer for the player this week.
