There’s Sandro to Valencia articles all over Spain today, with different versions about how a deal would done, and different opinions on how likely Everton may be to agree.
What seems to be a general consensus is that Valencia really want the move to happen. They held a transfer meeting this week, at a hotel in the Spanish city, and it was decided Sandro is target numero uno for January.
One of the many giving their slant on things is Mundo Deportivo, who say Valencia manager Marcelino could receive a ‘Christmas present’ in the shape of Sandro. It would of course be a late Christmas present, but it’s better than nothing.
Everton’s Sandro is the target building up ‘the most force’, and Mundo Deportivo believe he could have better luck at Valencia for the second half of the season.
The Spanish newspaper say Valencia would prefer a loan from Everton with a purchase option.
Another Spanish newspaper, Marca, this morning edged more towards a permanent transfer or a loan with an obligation to buy, which could be preferable to Everton.
