They write that Manchester City are ‘practically out’ of the competition, with his return to the Red Devils being the ‘most likely possibility’ as it ‘could be done in the coming hours’.
According to RTP, Juventus are making €30m with the sale.
Meanwhile, Italian journalist Romeo Agresti is sure that the move is happening. On Twitter, the Goal reporter claims there’s a ‘done deal’ for Cristiano Ronaldo to join Manchester United.
The player is is currently touching down at Lisbon airport, with reports from England claiming he should have his medicals ahead of the move in the Portuguese capital.
Cristiano Ronaldo is leaving Juventus after three years, having scored 101 goals for the Old Lady. His departure was confirmed by manager Massimiliano Allegri earlier today.
