Portuguese side FC Porto are interested in the Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham, according to reports today.

As written by French outlet RMC, the Dragons have been in constant contact with the player’s entourage, and are hopeful they can take him from Glasgow this summer.

What RMC makes clear is that Ntcham is not for sale, and it won’t be easy to convince Celtic to sell him. He doesn’t have a tag price, and is currently ‘blocked’ from leaving.

The only thing that could help Porto is in case The Hoops are knocked out from the Champions League qualifiers this Tuesday. After a draw at the Celtic Park, they now need a positive result against AEK in Athens.

Ntcham has arrived to Celtic on a €5m move from Manchester City last summer. With so many links to European clubs in the past few months, maybe he’s not that keen on staying in Scotland.

Along with the situation around Dedryck Boyata, this is another concern for Brendan Rodgers.
