Earlier on Friday, we covered claims made by Calciomercato that Arsenal made contact with Paulo Dybala’s agent to try to convince the Juventus player join the Gunners.
Later that day, reports coming out of Italy stated Newcastle United have moved for the forward, but the Magpies have ‘have not gone beyond a mere expression of interest’.
His current deal runs down in June, and it has already been confirmed by the Turin club that he will leave for free at the end of this season.
FcInterNews have a report now stating that the ‘polls from Newcastle and Arsenal have been confirmed’. However, the idea to join one of these two clubs doesn’t ‘warm’ the player.
Apart from the two Premier League sides, other clubs are also credited with an interest in the 28-year-old. This includes Inter Milan and as per the report, they are showing the ‘most interest’.
It’s claimed Dybala’s agent Jorge Antun has already held talks with Giuseppe Marotta, but the representative didn’t ‘talk about the numbers and the duration of the contract’ with the Serie A winners’ chief.
As it stands, a move to the San Siro remains the ‘most concrete’ option because there is no conviction from the Argentina international to join Atlético Madrid, even though there have been talks.
A move to PSG could be an option, but there is still lack of clarity over their internal situation.
FcInterNews states: ‘For this reason, it is legitimate to consider Inter a serious candidate for his signature, once their finances have been put in order.’
Arsenal, Newcastle and Atlético options don’t please Dybala. If one of these sides want to get ahead of Inter to sign Dybala, then they need to convince the player.
