There are countless number of reports in the media linking Isco with a move away from Real Madrid. The 24-year-old has rarely featured for Real Madrid this season, and that has led to the rumours of him looking for a new club.

Tottenham have been linked with a move for Isco in the English and Spanish media, and now there are similar reports in the Italian media. According to a report in Italian website CalciomercatoMauricio Pochettino wants Isco at Tottenham, and has ‘communicated to management’ he is the right man for their midfield.

Calciomercato, however, also report interest from AC Milan, Arsenal and Juventus in their brief article.

There doesn’t seem to be too much in this at the moment, and it seems Calciomercato would be trying to hype the situation so as then to create an Italian ‘market’ for the player, much in the same way has happened with English clubs.

Spanish newspaper AS published an article a couple of days ago saying Mauricio Pochettino is ‘loco’ for the player and pusshing Tottenham’s interest.

Isco has another couple of years left on his contract at Real Madrid, so a decision is expected on his future soon, but it remains to be seen if Tottenham are genuinely keen on signing him.
