Tanguy Ndombele looks to be further slipping out of Tottenham’s reach, if claims of increasing interest are correct.
L’Equipe has an article on Friday stating the Lyon midfielder and Napoli’s Allan are targets for PSG ahead of the summer transfer window.
However, claims from Spain, albeit weak at this stage, of Real Madrid interest in the Frenchman could mean serious competition ahead for the Ligue 1 club.
PSG’s sports director Antero Henrique is said to be a fan of the player, and some kind of contacts have been initiated with his entourage.
The idea of an auction between PSG and Real Madrid leaves Lyon ‘salivating’, say L’Equipe in far too much detail, and it’s stated Tottenham made a €40m offer for the player.
That offer, believed to have come almost a year ago, was rejected, and the French newspaper believe Ndombele’s price ‘should now be much higher’.
It’s probably worth not completely excluding Mauricio Pochettino’s Spurs at this stage.
The Madrid interest may not actually exist, and Allan is another target for PSG.
