Neymar is unhappy at Paris Saint-Germain and wants to return to Barcelona in the summer transfer window.

A move which seemed like a dream a few weeks ago is now slowly trying to take shape due to the forward’s determination to rejoin the La Liga winners.

On June 21st, we relayed news from the Catalan media the Blaugrana are willing to offer €100m plus Philippe Coutinho in order to bring the former Santos star back to Camp Nou.

‘PSG asks for [Ousmane] Dembélé’ is splashed on the front page of today’s edition of Sport.

It’s claimed Thomas Tuchel’s side have asked for Dembélé and Coutinho for Neymar.

The Paris club has a problem with Neymar, who wants to leave Parc des Princes for the Spanish champions. However, the Ligue 1 side will not allow him to go easily.

Le Parisien earlier reported that PSG will demand €300m for Neymar, a fee deemed way too expensive for Barca.

The idea of Ernesto Valverde’s side is to include player(s) as a part of the deal to re-sign the 27-year-old, which is why they offered the former Liverpool man to PSG.

Coutinho will fit into PSG’s new project and will it’s claimed he will not object to a move. The idea was to pay €100m plus the Brazilian to sign his compatriot.

However, the French champions are now demanding Dembele to be included, along with Coutinho. Their idea is to take the him on a loan deal with an obligation to make his transfer permanent in 2020.

The World Cup winner is appreciated by the coaching staff at PSG as they believe he can be a vital part of their future sporting project.

Even though Barcelona considered the Frenchman non-transferable, they had left the door open for his transfer… for an irresistible offer.

It makes it attractive for Barcelona to include Dembele and Coutinho for the Neymar operation, which is why they may well accept PSG’s demands to sanction Neymar’s sale. Dembele also does not dislike the idea of moving to Paris.
