Brighton & Hove Albion have so far not decided to recall Jakub Moder in the winter market and the deadline set for the Seagulls to exercise the option was set on December 15th.
The Premier League side took the midfielder from Lech Poznań in the summer and then immediately loaned him back to the Polish side.
On Wednesday, reports coming out of Poland stated Lech Poznań still expect the 21-year-old to move to The Amex in January, despite Graham Potter’s side missing the deadline.
Lech manager Dariusz Żuraw also admitted his side are considering the possibility of not having the Brighton owned player beyond this month. However, there was no clarity on Brighton’s stance on the Poland international.
Super Express state Moder ‘may slowly say goodbye’ to his current club and also give an insight into the Premier League side’s plans for Moder.
‘Unofficially’, it is said that Brighton have ‘already determined’ their position on Moder as he ‘will soon move’ to England.
For now, Lech Poznań are ‘waiting’ for Brighton’s ‘official position’ to be revealed and in the coming days there should be more clarity on where Moder will play in 2021.
