Bayern Munich’s Chris Richards is flying to England to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Crystal Palace.
That’s according to SportBILD journalist Christian Falk, who says the 22-year-old is on his way to Selhurst Park.
Richards has been heavily linked with a move to Crystal Palace over the last fortnight, with Patrick Vieira continuing to strengthen his squad this summer.
A report earlier today made it clear they were on the verge of an agreement with Bayern Munich, with an offer worth €15-20m proposed.
It seems that agreement has now been struck, with Falk reporting the player is ‘on the way’ to his medical ahead of the move.
That would not be possible if Bayern did not sanction it, which suggests a deal is in place.
We’re sure there will be further details emerging out of Germany in due course, especially with a medical now booked in and Richards travelling.
