Raul Jimenez is leaving Fulham for Wolverhampton Wanderers, the Portuguese media says.
Outlet Record on Sunday features a short story claiming that, according to their own information, the striker will move to the Whites.
Their story doesn’t bring any details regarding the fee paid by Fulham to land the 23-year-old, just making it clear that he’s making the switch this summer.
The reason the Portuguese media continues to have interest and sources around Jimenez is, of course, the four years he belonged to Benfica.
It was in 2018 that the striker left the Eagles to join Wolves. He first moved in a €3m loan deal, and the English club then paid €38m to complete the purchase in 2019.
In five years at Molineux, Jimenez had a record of 57 goals and 24 assists in 166 appearances.
By signing the Mexican striker, Fulham clearly find a back-up option for Aleksandar Mitrovic, as reports have been saying the star has been forcing his way out to Saudi Arabia, where Al-Hilal are placing a huge contract offer for him.
