Hadi Sacko is still in the Canary Islands, perhaps happy he can get some more winter sun before joining his new club… which will be in a much cooler climate.
Earlier this week the media close to Las Palmas reported Leeds United had arranged a choice of two clubs for the second half of the season.
Sacko’s first half of the season in Spain has been a disaster of a loan experience, with Las Palmas unhappy with the technical level of the player and feeling his speed wasn’t enough to compensate for that.
Leeds needed to find a solution, and put forward AEK Larnaca or Hungarian club Vidi.
Sacko has chosen the latter, according to La Provincia, and is currently waiting for Leeds United to sort out the details.
Right now he remains around Las Palmas, but isn’t training with them or taking part in any club activates.
There’s no reporting on the details of the deal with the Budapest club.
