Real Madrid are getting into the swing of things with their summer sales, with several players expected to leave the club in the near future.

One of those could be Lucas Vazquez, with several reports from different Spanish sources claiming serious Arsenal interest in the player.

The operation is thought to be being pushed by Unai Emery, with the Gunners manager believing Vazquez could fit into his team well next season.

Despite the 28 year old being highly thought of by Zinedine Zidane, he could move to find prominence elsewhere, with the hope of then making it into Spain’s squad for Euro 2020.

ABC say on Saturday that Vazquez ‘studies’ a proposal to sign for Arsenal, with it being claimed there’s a €33m (plus €5m in bonus payments) offer from the Premier League club.

Real Madrid director Jose Angel Sanchez is dealing with offers for the club’s players, and he needs to do so, or at least make progress, before the squad travel to the US on Tuesday as part of their preseason preparations.

It’s decision time for Lucas.
